Nandi obtained an LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and joined the firm as a candidate Attorney in 2017. She was admitted as an Attorney on 27th May 2019. Though having experience in dealing with deceased estate and family law, Nandi primarily deals with commercial law as well s general High Court and Magistrates Courts civil litigation.

Daryl joined our firm in 1996 as a Senior Legal Secretary and Office Administrator.

She obtained an LLB degree at the University of South Africa in 2014. After completing her articles at Stupel & Berman Inc., she was admitted as an attorney on 28 August 2015. She was appointed as a director of the company in October 2015.

She was admitted as a Notary on 06 October 2015 and as a Conveyancer on 18 January 2016.

Daryl heads up our Vehicle & Asset Finance & Home Loans Foreclosure Litigation Departments and also attends to the administration of deceased estates.

Jacques obtained B.Proc and LLB degrees from the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU). From 1996 to 2000, he was a Legal Advisor in all significant fields of law in the Call Center Environment, contracted to clients such as the AA and Europ Assistance.

He was appointed as a Director in 2011 and is based at our Head Office in Germiston, where he heads up the Litigation Department, specializing in defended civil and commercial litigation.

Evan obtained a B.Com, LLB and LLM Degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as an Advanced Banking Diploma.

He completed his Articles of Clerkship at Stupel and Berman and was admitted as an Attorney in 1997 and a Notary Public in 2007.

Evan heads up our Credit Management & Recoveries Division.

Palesa obtained an LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2001. After completing her articles at Du Preez & Nkosi Inc.

She was admitted as an attorney on 22 July 2003 and joined Stupel & Berman in 2003 as a Professional Assistant.

She was appointed as a director of the company in 2005.

In 2007, she qualified as a Conveyancer and Notary.

Palesa heads up our Conveyancing Transfer Department and also attends to the administration of deceased estates

Ana Joao (Director)

Ana was admitted as an attorney in November 1991 after completing a BA.LLB degree at the University of the Witwatersrand.

She completed her articles at Stupel & Berman and became a partner in 1996. She was admitted as a Conveyancer on 16 January 1996 and as a Notary on 28 August 1997.

Ana specializes in Family and Property Law and is a registered Divorce Mediator. She also attends to the administration of deceased estates. She heads up our Conveyancing Bonds Department, and she is the chairperson of the Small Claims Court Advisory Board, having served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court for 20 years

Michael was admitted as an attorney in 1979 after completing a B.Proc degree at the University of the Witwatersrand.

He completed his articles at Kramer & Wesemann and later became a partner at Stupel & Berman. He has been with the company for the past 40 years and is currently the Managing Director.
