Nelson obtained his LLB Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in February 2020.

Nelson primarily deals with Commercial Banking Litigation. He has extensive knowledge in Foreclosure and Asset Litigation dealing with Banking Defended matters from inception and until finalisation.
